As an Operations Manager you will be responsible for
The day to day management of the non-sales activity for the business
The management, review and development of 3 members of administrative staff
The management, review and development of a minimum of 3 members of multi drop delivery driving staff (3.5 tonne vehicles)
The management review and development of 2 members of warehouse and internal maintenance staff
The management, review and development of 3 members of sub contract maintenance staff
Ensuring customer experience with the business is second to none
Working with the administrative functions to make sure business credit control and aged debt are within agreed boundaries
Working to guidelines as laid down by an industry body which will be auditable externally, as well as internal guidelines that will be internally auditable
What you can expect in return
A negotiable basic salary in and around the £32K area depending on experience.
£3000 per annum car allowance
Annual management bonus available in excess of £9K per annum (in total if all bonus criteria are achieved)
