A Soft Services Operations Manager position, looking after a number of catering & cleaning contracts across Yorkshire.

Page Personnel is representing a total facilities management service provider with a number of exclusive positions as they expand their company. This role is providing operational support and client management to a number of contracts across Yorkshire.

Description

Responsibilities of the role include:

  • Visiting different sites across Yorkshire ensuring the smooth running of each contract
  • Client management and building up relationships with each client
  • Staff and contractor management
  • Ensuring health & safety compliance is present on all sites

Profile

Candidates wishing to apply to the role should have:

  • A strong operational knowledge with regards to catering contract management
  • A knowledge of cleaning mgmt. would be desirable, but not essential
  • Good contract management ability
  • The ability to drive across Yorkshire
  • Fantastic customer service ability
