Reporting to: General Manager
Qualifications: Degree level educated in Business Administration/Management preferred.
Experience: 2-3 years of experience in a Senior Role at a Private Hospital/Clinic specifically within the areas of Consultant Liaison, Outpatients Management, Daily Operations Management, Staff Management, Administration, HR, Governance.
Key Objectives: To lead, motivate and manage a high performing team in a fast-paced environment.
To deliver a high level of patient customer service at all times.
To provide support to the General Manager, Front of House and Clinical Team to ensure the safe and efficient day to day running of the practice.
To deal with staffing issues and patient issues that may arise from time to time.
To assist with all elements of the clinics governance objectives alongside the General Manager and Clinical Team Manager.
To monitor staff annual leave, sickness, lateness, rota’s and staffing levels.
To liaise with Consultants and Doctors on a daily basis optimising their experience within the clinic and coordinating their theatre and outpatient activity.
To assist the Management team with ongoing business development, new projects, social media and other marketing opportunities.
Requirements: The ideal candidate will have a recognised qualification in Leadership/Management or be qualified to degree level. Must have a minimum of 2-3 years Management experience gained with the Private Healthcare Sector.
Excellent organisational and communication skills. Driven, motivated and a determined attitude is essential. An ability to overcome day to day challenges in a professional and efficient manner. A genuine desire to work in private healthcare is an absolute must. An understanding of Health and Safety, CQC policies and procedures and human resources is a distinct advantage.
