OPERATIONS MANAGER - LEARNING DISABILITIES
We are looking to recruit an Operations Manager to work for a medium sized charity, who runs supported living and residential care services for adults with learning disabilities.
You will be responsible for managing a region that spans across Herefordshire and the West Midlands. Each service has a Registered Manager, who will report into you. You will also be responsible for managing the regional Quality Manager.
You will be required to provide operational and strategic direction to the region as well supporting with business development.
This role also involves nurturing relationships with external stake holders and clients and ensuring operationally an excellent quality service is delivered to the individuals who are being supported.
As an Operations Manager - In reward you will be given:-
- Salary package of £38,500
- holiday pay
- sick pay
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years' experience as an Operations Manager or similar role and hold a ILM 5 ore equivalent.
You will also need to be a driver to travel to the various services within your area. There will also be some wider travel around the country as necessary.
