Operations Manager - Key Accounts and Performance Assessment

We have an excellent new opportunity for an Operations Manager to join our global organisation. The successful candidate will be primarily responsible for overseeing Key Accounts and Performance Assessment, the main purpose of the role will be;

  • To Manage the day to day operations to ensure that client / project / stakeholder requirements are met.

  • To ensure scheduling is being conducted taking in to account scheme/accreditation rules, potential expenses, and auditor location to minimise cost and improve efficiency.

  • To Develop and maintain a strategic plan for Key Accounts to ensure that the correct mix of contract are managed by the team in line business objectives.

  • To manage activities of the Key Accounts and Performance Assessment portfolio of services to achieve business and customer objectives

  • To Maximise opportunities for additional services to be offered to existing clients and contracts.

  • To Manage and develop the audit pool to ensure the current and future projects / contract are fully resourced

  • To continue to enhance customer service within the activity .

  • Experience of managing teams that have delivered bespoke contracts, ideally within a commercial Training, Consultancy or Service business.

  • Experience of leading and managing teams including both back office and service delivery professionals

  • The ability to understand complex client requirements and development of additional services

  • Knowledge of current Project Management and/or Key Account Management tools and techniques

  • Management of complex operational project and contracts

  • Understand Profit and Loss accounts at individual project and business level.

  • Good communication skills (internal and external)


  • Business development experience

  • Degree level education or equivalent
