Operations Manager required for a hotel in the Guildford area.
As Operations Manager you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day to day running of the whole hotel along with your management team.
For the opportunity of Operations Manager, our client is looking for a good all round back ground to include a strong food and beverage / conference and banquetingfocus. Financial awareness, budgeting and development of sales are also essential. We are looking for a candidate who has worked in a 3, 4 or 5 star hotel environment.
This role may suit a candidate who holds a similar position or perhaps an opportunity for a first time senior managerial level. You will need to be hands on driving standards forward and ensuring systems and procedures are followed.
You will assist with recruitment and the development, discipline, training and coaching of your Team to ensure standards are maintained and further developed. Duty management will also form part of your duties.
Salary for Operations Manager is given as up to £31,000 per annum. Assistance can be offered to aid in relocation if required to move to the local area subject to availability.
