We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced & committed Operations/Assistant Park Manager to be a key member of the leadership team on a new park which is part of a high-end group of award winning family owned holiday parks. This is a lovely company to work for with a very good reputation for delivering excellent service and standards to owners and guests. This park is new to the company and as Operations Manager you will be an integral part of managing and setting up the daily operations of the park. The Park will have a mix of owned lodges as well as holiday lets for the leisure holiday maker. There are some great facilities on the park with outdoor activities, restaurant and further development for more lodges and facilities as the park grows.
We are looking for an experienced operator who can manage the guest journey and experience, manage contractors, health and safety, maintenance team, grounds, catering and retail and accommodation/housekeeping. Reporting to the General Manager, and deputising in their absence, you will be energetic, ambitious and conscientious. You will also be able to coach, support and motivate the front-line team to deliver the highest standards to holiday guests. As well as previous leadership experience in the holiday park or leisure industry, you’ll be able to demonstrate:
Effective leadership across all areas of the holiday park. Assist with delivering performance targets against budget, stock levels and cost control whilst ensuring exceptional customer service
Ensure the guests feel welcome and are presented with a safe, clean and appealing environment
This full time permanent role includes working some evenings, weekends and bank holidays and offers an attractive salary and rewards. We are keen to talk to ambitious candidates who are looking for future progression and opportunities, you will currently be in a similar role within Holiday Parks, Health Clubs, Hotels or Resorts or a Leisure guest focussed operation.
There is a competitive basic salary up to £22k plus bonus and Accommodation on site is available.
