We’re looking to recruit a number of Operation Managers throughout the UK who will act as the operational interface between customer and the and ISS business. The role will support the business in all aspects of hard services FM delivery within the region and work alongside the account teams to drive and improve service delivery.
You will have the principle responsibility for the day-to-day support and mobile delivery, review, audit and the management of the engineers within a defined area, to audit and control and effectively supervise the field operatives. In addition you will have the responsibility to review the quality and delivery of our specialist subcontract works within their defined areas.
We’re looking for individuals who have previous experience in managing mobile engineers delivering a hard FM service to retail or corporate properties. It is essential that you have experience in technical FM service delivery and sub-contractor management. We’re also looking for someone who can lead, inspire and engage a team across an area.
In terms of qualifications it would be ideal if you’re apprentice trained, HNC, HND or equivalent in engineering or building services. However it’s essential that you have an understanding of PPM and reactive maintenance delivery. While your technical talents are, of course, essential, it’s a professional but friendly approach that makes all the difference.
