We are recruiting for an exciting, growing and extremely successful health club in Central London for an Operations Manager. The role is very hands on and needs a dynamic, driven and experienced Operations Manager.
A key area of responsibility for this role is to ensure consistent service excellence by all team members, resulting in a clean, crisp and friendly environment and culture. You will also have key responsibility for compliance and health and safety, helping to drive the performance of the club
You will have line management responsibility so a background in HR, leadership and training would be a real advantage.
This club is exceptional. It has an extremely high profile, is fast paced, has high standards and a real and genuine impact. You must be able to step up and be successful in this environment of being exceptional.
You will work closely with membership, front of house the other management team to ensure the clubs service and operations never dip. You will have had experience in working in a similar environment of enforcing standards and influencing change in this regard. Having real examples of success will be required.
