A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Operations Manager within the European Social Fund sector. We are looking for an outstanding candidate with an excellent understanding of the European Social Fund environment to join a rapidly growing training provider based in West London. You will work directly with the founder of the company and your career will further develop as the company continues to grow.
Our client is a privately owned training provider, which delivers a range of government-funded training, skills and employment services, including apprenticeships, QCF qualifications, and recruitment services.
Our client is looking for an exceptionally strong operations professional to take ownership of the growth and development of the Eureuopean Social Fund provision across multiple subjects. You will ensure the effective performance of various European Social Fund programmes and monitor Assessors’ progress to ensure the timely completion of learners to a high standard. This role will also involve both new business development as well as nurturing any existing relationships you may have. You will further develop core business and manage, support and coach site staff, including assessors. The role also includes partnership work with Prime providers.
Crucial to this role is a thorough understanding of the work-based learning sector, particularly European Social Fund provision, gained through working for private training providers. You will have strong programme management experience, including managing and monitoring assessors. You will additionally have experience within a B2B field sales environment, and be able to develop strong relationships to secure new business opportunities.
