Operations Manager - Contract Catering

Our client a leading contract catering business are recruiting for an Operations Manager with a proven track record within B&I Sector to join their team.
This role covers 15 sites based across the a region.

You will be responsible for the provision of a professional catering service to all locations under your control, ensuring that all services are managed to company and client standards.

Day to day responsibilities of the role are as follows:

*To ensure that all locations achieve, as a minimum, the financial targets agreed with the client in line with the budget.
*To ensure that client expectations of services are consistently met and developed.
*To maintain the highest standards displaying innovation and flair and reflect
the best and most appropriate style.
*To assess employee performance and recognise training needs and potential
as appropriate.
*To keep abreast of market trends.
*To monitor the work of all your managers and carry out appraisals ensuring that information is filed appropriately, with development plans that are actively used.
*To conduct team meetings on a regular basis to communicate targets,
standards required, company and client information.
*To ensure restaurant development and marketing plans are actively used in
each location and review on each location visit.
*To ensure the Restaurant Guide and Grab and Go Guide standards are
utilised effectively where appropriate throughout the business.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record within the Education sector and will have previously achieved financial targets, built strong client relationships, have good management skills.
