My client is a leading brand who owing to growth are looking for a contact centre manager to lead a team of c.200 FTE and growing through a team of direct reports.

About the Role:

The role will be to operationally manage, coach and develop team leaders and the team to deliver service excellence against organisational targets. You will be fostering a culture of continuous improvement and imparting your contact centre experience across a varied team. This organisation offers a true multi-channel approach to service and is digitally innovative so if you have experience in this type of environment you will be drawn to this organisation.

What we’re looking for:

You will be an experienced contact centre manager who has managed team leaders and in excess of 120 FTE as this site is growing. The ideal candidate will have the ability to coach and develop staff coupled with desire to deliver customer excellence

You will either be a strong Customer Service / Contact Manager who has inspired your team to deliver.
