Operations IT Support

Our nationwide client is looking for someone to join their busy company within the IT function of a Call Centre. They are looking for a hard-working individual to support the contact centre in a reporting and analytical role.

The ideal candidate will need to have the following skills and attribute
- IT literate
- Competent MS Excel skills to do Excel Queries (essential)
- SQL experience or a desire to learn
- Design flare
- Competent in PowerPoint or design packages
- Attention to detail
- Analytical thinker
- Wants to develop a career within a reporting role
- Day to day duties

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
- Manage Dialler Functionality including blending inbound and outbound campaigns
- Prepare all campaign & Contact Centre KPIs
- Prepare all Contact Centre Reports
- Design initiative documents and presentations

Advanced responsibilities
- Actively identify & implement positive changes in the predictive dialer operation to improve contact rate, talk time and campaign performance
- Development and creation of new campaigns
