If so we have a fantastic opportunity available based in North Leeds, with free parking and excellent train and bus links, where you will be fully involved in the administration support of this historical business.

You will provide an effective administration service, coordinating HR systems and provide record keeping while providing regular reports including overtime and attendance and operational KPI's.

As an all rounder you will assist with the administrative duties in the onboarding recruitment process and administer the process for new employees, for example; prepare contracts, offer letters, process all pre-employment and probation checks. You will also maintain the database, book training courses and assist with the appraisal process. On top of this you will be involved with a host of other administration support for risk assessments, driving license and medical record maintenance.

You will need to have proven administration experience and excellent attention to detail along with strong literacy and numeracy skills.
