The Operational graduate stream is looking for graduates who could take on a role learning about the day-to-day operations of Speedy, how to manage people and develop business opportunities in and around London. We’ll provide you with all the support and encouragement you need and the development required to succeed.

Package description

Main responsibilities

As well as completing the day to day role within the department you successfully applyto, you will also be required to complete the two year Speedy Graduate Development Programme.

Ideal candidate

To be successful as a graduate in the Operational stream, you will need to be able to demonstrate the following experience and attributes:

  • Innovative and adaptable to new situations
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise workload

  • Strong people management skills
  • Excellent communication skills to support, work and build relationships with both internal and external customers
  • Highly motivated and keen to learn all aspects of an operational role
  • High level of trust and integrity
  • The drive to succeed in a fast paced, multi-site environment
  • Flexibility in order to travel within your region and nationally
  • Advanced IT skills (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.)
  • To have obtained 2:2 degree or above, ideally in a business related subject
