Key responsibilities of this role will include:
- Support the Operations Team as a trusted co-pilot (vision, organization,
practices, initiatives/projects…) on a day to day as well as on a long term
strategic view - Provide visibility around costs related to the Operations processes through
the driving of relevant analysis and reporting (monitoring of the budget and
controlling the variances) - Ensure adherence to financial legal requirements and NAS (Nestle
Accounting Standards) - Challenge assumptions in seeking cost improvements in Operations
Network; Seek for and support cost improvement opportunities, validate and
review proposed savings - Lead continuous E2E process improvements
- Support change implementation in the different areas of Operations
(warehousing, distribution, etc…) - Take a strong financial lead on all Operations projects, with particular
focus on Post Evaluation of implemented initiatives

You also have:
- Significant experience in various Finance roles
- A good
understanding and experience of Financial Accounting and Reporting - Prior experience
in Stock Accounting is an advantage - Excellent Excel
and IT skills - Knowledge of WMSx,
Nessoft, COGNOS (BI) and SAP BFC is a distinct advantage - Knowledge of NAS
(Nestle Accounting Standards) is an advantage - Exposure to Fixed
Asset Accounting is preferable - Experience of Leasing
and the implications of IFRS16 would be a benefit - Proven track
record working with Shared Service Centres - Educated to
University degree standard, or equivalent
