Judged ultimately on profitable delivery as defined by the P&L, you will manage a senior leadership team spanning operations, finance, construction and business development.
A key part of your role will be to drive and support your team and coach them towards greatness!!
Another core aspect will be the development of relationships at a senior level within the client portfolio - the objective being to cement what you already have and to seek new opportunity and referral business.
Reporting to the MD, you will form an integral part of the 3 strong leadership team for this well-established, well-funded, growing business. As such you can also expect to have significant input into the strategic direction of the business and all that entails.
Ideally the Operations Manager will have significant leadership experience in a business that operates in the FM / Estates / Design & Build Space or one whose core business is in the health sector.
Either way you will need to be an exceptional leader of people with a track record of making the ordinary extraordinary.
You will have the gravitas to operate at board level - both internally and externally.
You will also have commercial nous and the charisma to deliver against that.
A salary around the £80-£100k mark is on offer along with a car allowance commensurate with the position and the usual 'bells and whistles' you have come expect as your career has developed.
