We are now seeking to recruit an Operations Coordinator to be based at our office in Aldgate.
This is an operations support role with a strong focus on effective customer service delivery and therefore requires an experienced coordinator / administrator with excellent Customer Service as well as IT skills across Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Reporting to the Operations Team Leader the key focus of this role is to:
Oversee the operations mailbox, respond to all queries and deal with any day to day issues.
Provide Operations assistance to Hamptons and other London brands, including John D Wood & Co, Greene & Co, CHK Mountford, Finders Keepers, Urban Spaces, Vanet, APW and Capital Private Finance.
Work closely with the IT Department, ensure all business needs are met in a timely manner. Process all IT hardware orders, keeping track of all company assets and their movement within the business.
Oversee all procurement from an operational aspect and process any miscellaneous orders.
Act as a point of liaison between the business and suppliers
Liaise with the Finance Department to ensure all invoices are processed in a timely manner and that the costs are allocated to the correct cost centres within the business.
General administration and customer service support to the Operations and IT team.
Assist with operational projects.
Help to manage the facilities contracts, monitoring the service and review the costs regularly.
You will be the sort of person who thrives in a busy, deadline driven environment and be able to multiple task.
As an effective communicator, you will be passionate about delivering excellent customer service and building strong internal working relationships.
