Operations Coordinator - Wimbledon

We have a great opportunity for a Operations Coordinator to join a leading Shopping Centre in Wimbledon

The role is process driven and is essentially focused around contractor and tenant engagement, primarily to ensure statutory compliance as well as high presentation standards on the mall.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, this key position will involve a variety of different areas including: -

  • Management of the permit to work system & online H&S platform
  • Conducting physical checks of the tenant units and issue resolution for any mall defects
  • Working across all internal departments to ensure timely communication
  • Utilities Management
  • Collation of landlord/tenant consumption data to monitor and report on trends
  • Working on a wider reduction of utilities project

Candidates will ideally hold proven experience of statutory compliance, health & safety and utilities management.

Please note that regular weekend working will be required (with time off in lieu).
