At Ricoh UK, we have a role for and ITS Operations Coordinator to provide a single point of contact for Ricoh`s ITS Operations Service Projects. Providing resource planning, resolution and functional escalation of Project exceptions. You will provide a single point of contact for all new Ricoh ITS Field Service Contracts to assist with on-boarding, documentation and processes

Key Responsibilities include:

-Create and manage project resource schedules to map the project deployment timelines in conjunction with service management, service desk , resource teams and resolver groups
-Manage internal communication between PMO and Field Management/Service Desk
-Recording and communicating KPI data (e.g. stats/audit data)
-Assist with PCI processes (recording and registering compliance issues)
-Provide functional escalation to internal, customer and 3rd party supplier resolver groups so that service level agreements can be met on a monthly basis
-Ensure all parties (including key stakeholders) are kept updated with project change requests
-Manage resource trackers to balance project and BAU activities
-Assist with new contract on-boarding process
Work in conjunction to company policies, procedures and standards so that the behaviours aer working practices are in line with the Ricoh Way

Knowledge, skills and experience required:

-Experience of working in an IT environment
-Experience of using a service management system such as ServiceNow/Oracle 11i
-Awareness of ITIL framework
-Must be capable of working unsupervised to agreed timescales
-Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written
-Excellent interpersonal skills
-Excellent Excel and MS office application skills
-Excellent analytical skills
-Ability to develop good relationships with customers (internal and external)
-Ability to organise and prioritise work in an effective manner
-Ability to work under pressure
-Methodical and disciplined approach to work
-Ability to work well in a team.
-General knowledge of Third party support agreement(s)
-A basic understanding of Service level agreements or arrangement(s)
-Excellent Customer Service & Telephone handling skills
