Operations Coordinator - IMMEDIATE START!!

Would you like to join a Consultancy that are looking to make a difference? I am working with a boutique Consultancy that have been formed to increase efficiency and transformation across the Public Sector. They are looking to hire an Administrator/Operations Coordinator to join them immediately on a permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow within a small but successful business that are growing sustainably. Full training will be provided for the successful applicant.

Main responsibilities

  • Meet and greet clients and visitors
  • Managing daily post
  • Assisting Operations Director with ad-hoc duties
  • Support with renewal of bank accounts, insurance etc
  • Monitoring contracts including drafting and sending contracts via internal templates
  • Managing and ordering office supplies
  • Assist with new starter packs and on-boarding of new consultants
  • Deputising for banking approvals if required
  • Creating and sending off client invoices with basic financial reporting
  • Supporting internal functions of the business with ad-hoc duties

Skills required

  • At least 3 years’ experience in a similar position
  • Excel skills
  • Understanding of CRM databases (Salesforce/Kimble preferable)
  • Commercially focused
  • Team player
  • Ability to work with autonomy but honest and willing to speak up if necessary
  • Fun, outgoing personality that can work well with all different types of people
  • GDPR/IR35/Data Protection knowledge is also a preference
