This busy and varied role will see you playing a pivotal role in ensuring all operational activities are carried effectively and within set deadlines. Your duties will include:
- Responding to all overseas customers and resolving issues over the telephone or in writing
- Dealing with customer confirmations, amendments and cancellations
- Updating information onto the web content management system
- Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships
- Overseeing online customer feedback and reviews
