is in search of a commercial aware, experienced manager to take position as Operations Coordinator of their sites. Based in Norwich, and reporting to the Head of Operations, the business is focused towards commercial and domestic cleaning services, offering a bespoke service with achievements which has enabled them to strive towards being a green eco-organisation, and investors in people. You will be able to manage departmental managers who have a real drive and passion for the business, so this optimism must be shared. A business managing in excess of 250 staff requires a leader who can assume control and lead from the front… what are you like arriving on site to assist one of your team every once in a while?

We are not looking specifically for a facilities manager, although service industry experience is essential across multi sites. We are looking for a people manager, the ideal candidate will strive to ensure a smooth and coherent working environment, be able to set targets and motivate the team to strive and exceed these. Understanding of local business will be advantageous for this role.

The pay rate is as follows:
- Position payable £20,000
