The successful candidate will provide operational administration, reception, switchboard cover, facilities/health and safety management. You will manage internal and external customers effectively via telephone, email and fascismile. You will have experience preparing meeting rooms, arranging catering, maintain office supplies, stationary, copying documents, handling mail, arranging travel and accommodation bookings.
You will have experience working within a professional organisation with the ability to multi task. You will work effectively under pressure, have excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), accuracy and attention to detail.
