Our client based in Dorking are seeking an Operations Assistant to join their fun and rapidly expanding Company.

£23,000 - £25,000 per annum

Your role will be to support the Head of Operations and Supply Chain with all aspects of the operations function including demand planning and forecasting, reporting, insight gathering, global customer order management and stock control, in addition to supporting on hospitality, and events.

Some Responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the Head of Operations and Supply Chain on day to day basis
  • Administering the global customer order process, from receipt of customer orders through to stock delivery across all the customer territories
  • Provide support for hospitality, trade shows and events
  • Producing the weekly Stock/Order sheet and compile other weekly/monthly stock inventory reporting

Required Skills/ Experience:

  • SAP system knowledge and experience highly desirable
  • Numerate with excellent written and verbal skills in English
  • Outstanding organisation and coordination skills
  • Proactive approach to work
