Joining an expanding practice, the successful candidate will be supporting the office manager with the operational side of running the office. Taking on a varied workload you will be covering reception and undertaking some legal secretarial work.
• Providing administrative and secretarial support
• Assisting with troubleshooting on IT packages
• Digital dictation
• Liaising with clients
• Diary management
• Maintaining stock levels
• Experienced legal secretaries
• Computer literate, including strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Typing speed of 65wpm with 90% accuracy
• Able to communicate at all levels and remain calm in pressurised situations
