Operations Assistant for International Property Firm!

My client is a well-known international property consultancy with offices in central Birmingham. They are now looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Operations Assistant to join their Estates Management team on a six month contractual basis. Focussing on the company’s off-shore residential portfolio, you will be working to support the Estate Managers in delivering a high quality service to clients.

Within this busy role your daily tasks may include:

  • Acting as the first point of contact for all incoming client enquiries and ensuring all queries are accurately logged on the database

  • Keeping property databases up to date with the latest information and maintaining an accurate log of changes or developments within each site

  • Sourcing information and files for the Estates Management team to successfully assist them in meeting their deadlines

  • Overseeing charges to tenants to include rent, utilities and maintenance and answering all related queries

  • Supporting the admin team in the preparation of meetings and presentations, and providing general administration support where required

The successful candidate will be bright and proactive, with strong administrative and customer-focussed experience. Previous experience within property would be advantageous but not essential.
