One of my fantastic clients is looking to recruit a new member to the team due to continuous growth, they are looking for an Operations Assistant to join their team in a financial services organisation who offers innovative products that is fairly unique in the UK.
The role will suit someone who has good IT and organisational skills as well as a real interest in expanding and developing their IT Knowledge and skills. You need to be a positive thinker with a positive attitude and the ability to prioritse tasks set. This is a varied and busy role, yet rewarding and a great opportunity to make an impact in a growing business.
You will be reporting on the Sales Support Manager and working in a team of 5 people.
The main duties of the role are as follows -
Processing funding and sending funds internationally
Reviewing bank transaction files received daily that are received from a number of financial institutions and processing the associated transaction files;
Reconciling deals entered in the Company’s internal system with funds received
Deal with requests escalated from Accounts/Collections relating to debit/credit transactions;
Through interaction with multiple departments, collate and document business transactions and improvement requests;
Create new users in our customer tracking system.
