This role will report into a Business Improvement Manager and assist in applying creative techniques and methodologies when delivering services in a very client bespoke fashion. This company invest in client relationships, working on projects that are very much continuous improvement focused.
The main aim of this new team is to increase productivity and efficiency of consultants, so you will required to interact with a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders, so relationship/rapport building is key. You will need to be able to present and explain information in a manner that can be understood by all colleagues as well as demonstrating Excel and strong organisational skills
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience working within a commercially focused business environment, managing workflow of a team and implementing “Lean” Methodologies. Previous experience of mapping processes and conducting post project reviews/analysis would be very useful. Strong knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and other Microsoft products would be ideal and if you have a qualification of Six Sigma or Lean, that would be advantageous.
This is very much a “hands on “role, you will have strong business acumen and a strong sense of team work.
