Operations and HR Manager

We have been asked by an excellent full-service Chester firm to assist in the recruitment of an Operations and HR Manager. This is an exclusive vacancy to Thornton Legal.

The vacancy has arisen due to growth of the firm, and will work closely with senior stakeholders. You can expect role to be hands-on and varied where you will assist with the management of the overall operation and the delivery of strategic objectives.

Working closely with the Chief Executive Officer, the new recruit will have an important role in the firm, assisting in overall management alongside the development and delivery of the business plan. Key areas of responsibility will include;

* Supporting firm financial management
* Compliance, risk and audit
* Human resources and training
* Facilities management
* Third party supplier contract review
* Other ad-hoc operational tasks

This is a unique and exciting chance for an ambitious legal manager to join a busy firm and become a key part of its future successes. You will have a strong legal operations background with excellent stakeholder management ability.
