*To assist with the production of all turnaround manifests and reports for the appropriate departments
*Ensure all passenger travel information is correct and confirmed with suppliers
*Co-ordinate and produce all travel instructions for all passengers
*Data loading, Filing & management of reports
*To communicate and liaise with all heads of departments, to ensure all changes, amendments and necessary information is advised and actioned.
*To respond to all guest pre-travel correspondence by email/post/phone.
*Ensure all information for FAM trips and Student ship visits are sent.
*To assist with missing luggage and lost property
*Previous experience within the travel industry
*Proven administration and operational background within the travel industry
*The ability to work under their own initiative plus manage and prioritise their workload
*A strong communicator
*Full driving license
In return the successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of £18,000 - £20,000 depending on experience, excellent benefits and opportunities for personal and professional development.
Standard office hours are Monday to Friday from 09.00 to 17.30hrs
