If so we are working in partnership with a growing company based in Bournemouth who are seeking a dedicated Analyst to join their operations team.
The operations team look at the back end of the customer journey and ensure that accounts are analysed quickly to isolate faults. The suitable candidate must be able to deliver high standards of work, while being positive and ensuring excellent customer service at all times.
You will be responsible for resolving the back end customer issues and reviewing systems and processes to problem solve and apply best solutions.
Someone with a strong technical understanding that enjoys solving problems and is quick thinking will succeed in this role.
You will be required to work 37.5 hours per week Monday - Friday and there is no weekends or bank holiday work!
