Operations Analyst / MIS Analyst required to work with a multi-national Insurance Corporation focussing on the support of the Business Operations Manager. Largely this will be around the onboarding of new accounts from an administration perspective, assisting with the generation of reports relating to invoicing, finance and insurance operations.
This is a role which requires an understanding of the insurance business and of the systems which underlie these business activities and ultimately requires an experienced Operations Analyst / MI Analyst to support senior management in the distribution of their duties in a client management capacity. The reporting element of the role will focus on invoice and finance and require the analysis of data and the creation of reports in both MS Excel and Powerpoint.
We are searching for an Operations Analyst / MI Analyst who possesses experience gained within the Insurance sector in an administrative, operational, support or management information (MIS / BI) reporting capacity. You will be familiar with insurance processes as well financial reporting within this sector and be comfortable working with a broad range of CRM systems and/or insurance underwriting, claims, brokerage systems etc. With an analytical mind you will be able to assess requirements from management, conduct data analysis and financial analysis and create concise reports within MS Excel and MS Powerpoint. Excellent organisation and communication skills are pre-requisite.
