An expanding West London accountancy firm is looking for a motivated individual to take on an interesting and varied role. In addition to day-to-day administrative duties to aid the smooth running of the company, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to be involved in a wide range of finance, accounting and office management related tasks, including client management, company secretarial, invoicing and credit control.
You will also have the opportunity to work closely with senior staff on a variety of projects.
The firm is looking for a dynamic, personable, adaptable and enthusiastic individual, with excellent communication skills and organisational abilities, who is keen to take on a variety of duties within the firm. With an initial mixture of homeworking and office working, you must be self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel in particular is essential
- Previous experience of administration work in an office environment is desirable
- Experience of credit control is desirable
