A permanent part time operations administrator job based in north east Leicester paying around £23000 pro-rata.

Your new employer are a very successful manufacturer with an excellent reputation in their industry.  They are now looking for an operations administrator to join their small but lively, fast paced and friendly team.

You will be monitoring and managing quality systems within the business ensuring everything that needs to be done has been done and documented.  Supporting the Health and Safety Manager with administration tasks, ensuring audit documents and trails are accurately recorded and compiling monthly reports on all these elements.  You will also be ensuring that production data entry is completed, supporting finance with admin tasks and supporting the sales team with materials orders.

Hours for this role are 4 to 4.5 per day Monday to Friday – flexibility can be offered on start and finish times to fit around you.

To be successful in this role you must:

  • Have excellent attention to detail, outstanding IT skills and even better administration skills!
  • Be a self-starter who doesn’t need watching over, be naturally organised and a good timekeeper
  • Have a background/strong understanding of Quality, Audit and/or Health and Safety
  • Have previously worked within manufacturing.
