Our client has an opportunity available for an Operations Administrator to join the team based at their Huntingdon offices. You will join them on a full time, permanent basis and in return they are offering a competitive salary of £18,000 per annum plus benefits.

About the role:

As the Operations Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the Renewals, Hire and Operations Departments in the busy Huntingdon offices.

You will support managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organisation and communication.

You also will communicate internally and externally in person and via phone and email, ensuring that all tasks are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.

Key duties and responsibilities of the Operations Administrator:

- Answer and direct phone calls

- Raise quotes/reminders and follow up process for license/software/maintenance renewals

- Raise and process orders for renewals/hire/other departments

- Update and maintain operations department systems

- Scan completed paperwork as needed

- Carrying out other duties and tasks as and when required

They need an excellent communicator with confidence both in person and on the telephone.  Strong administrative experience is necessary along with knowledge of common IT systems e.g. Microsoft Office, Outlook etc.  The company will provide all necessary training in their systems and procedures.
