Operations Administrator

Based in Lytham

Up to £19,000

A fantastic and established company based in Lytham are seeking a new full time, permanent member of their administrative support team due to continued growth and development.

As a Purchasing Administrator, you will be responsible for:

  • Confirming PO’s with suppliers
  • Tracking orders and their status
  • Processing PO numbers as instructed by the Buyers
  • Distributing all relevant paperwork
  • Updating spreadsheets as and when required
  • Ensuring all sign off is acquired by higher management when required

Key Skills:

  • Knowledge of SAGE 200 is essential
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Great Excel experience
