Job Purpose

This role is crucial to the effective and efficient day to day operations of the Production department. You are to ensure that the system is continually updated with latest information about jobs and their status. All jobs that come into the department are to be logged on the system and quality checks are carried out. You will be involved in ensuring that the correct stock is picked for the print and production to carry out jobs. You will also be responsible for ordering consumables for the print and production areas. You will be responsible for the daily docketing of all mail and consignments leaving the premises.

The Role

· Ensuring all job bags are updated and actioned on the management system
· Raising stock picks
· Carrying out monthly stock checks
· Checking service revenues on jobs
· Organising collections and liaising with couriers
· Booking service/breakdown calls for print and production equipment
· Daily docketing

You will have a can-do approach and be able to manage multiple tasks within a busy office environment. You will be liaising with people at all levels within the business so clear communication skills are key.

Hours: Mon - Thurs 09.00 - 17.30
Fri - 09.00 - 17.00

You will require your own transport due to the location
