Your new role
Working within the Service team, you will be providing the Service Coordinator with an efficient and essential administrative support function. Your responsibilities will include handling incoming maintenance enquiries, logging information, arranging engineer visits, preparing invoices and sales quotations, updating training files, travel bookings and other general administration. You will require your own transport due to the location of the organisation.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have at least 1 years recent experience within a commercial office environment, ideally with experience in planning diaries or work schedules. You will have a professional telephone manner with excellent customer service skills, able to deal with incoming enquiries confidently and efficiently. You will be able to prioritise your workload to ensure that you meet deadline requirements. You will be a keen team player with a passion to provide the very best service to your customers and colleagues alike.
