Operations Administrator

Due to the continued expansion of this global business, a temp to perm opportunity has arisen within the Operations Admin team which involves providing a nice mix of administration and customer service for numerous client sites.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Monitoring and responding to a busy email in-box
  • Authorising time sheets and coordinating purchase orders
  • Organising holiday and sickness cover
  • Contacting agencies and coordinating the recruitment process
  • Ordering supplies for the sites
  • Updating the internal system to track site issues and queries and running daily reports for distribution
  • Liaising with multiple national sites regarding standards and staffing resources
  • Being the main contact for Area Managers, supporting them as required and establishing feedback from the sites
  • Liaising with both the client and the operators on the sites to ensure standards are maintained at all times
