An excellent opportunity has arisen to work for a fantastic company offering training and support. The position is initially a fixed term contract until January 2019. You must be available to start around the 14/15th March to ensure a handover.
This role is suitable for a first/second job for someone who has developed some administration skills at school/college/university or in a previous role.
Specific Duties / Responsibilities:
Updating company database with network information
Validating invoice requests
Liaising with engineers to ensure all paperwork has been received prior to invoicing
Processing legal agreements
Record details of emergency calls on to the company database and arrange for the recovery of costs where applicable
Respond to incoming general queries
Update address changes on company database
General admin duties as required.
