A temporary opportunity for an Operations Administrators required to join a well known manufacturing company within the chemical industry.
You would have worked in a similar environment, as an operations administrator, providing a secretarial service to Operations Manager
You must be flexible and prepared to support other departments when required.
The main duties will include:
Assisting a professional service to the Operations Manager
Organise data, set up spread sheets
Co-ordinate holiday charts/movements lists
Take minutes from site meetings/ arrange room bookings
Co-ordinate department purchasing, invoice management
Monitor cost centre performance as required
To be able to communicate between departments
For this role you must be a professional administrator with excellent communications skills, able to work of your own initiative and be computer literate with good knowledge of MS Excel, word and PowerPoint
