Operations Administrator - Role objective:
The Operations Administrator team provides a tailored end to end service to all of company Retail & Utility Services direct customers and resellers. In a competitive retail market you are responsible for delivering a trusted and best in class product and service, to help grow and maintain our customer base and orders.
In this role you will work as part of a team and will be expected to work closely with colleagues to enable the provision of data required by the legal bodies for the home buying conveyancing process. Your primary objective will be to ensure that all customers are provided with accurate and timely data in line with any service levels or contract terms. This will require you to have an excellent understanding of both our systems and retail propositions. You will be required to work closely with our internal colleagues within the company to provide search, billing and infrastructure expertise for the resolution of customer queries.
Search orders are undertaken on a variety of platforms so you will be expected to be proficient using all our in house systems. 

Operations Administrator - Main duties are:

  • They will be the beginning of the production line, process, take a product, deal with that product and send on
Operations Administrator - Key accountabilities:
• Receive and process all customer orders working to specific performance targets
• Processing customer orders in accordance with agreed service levels, discounts, and terms 
• Accurately inputting and interpreting complex data
• Logging of all customer complaints
• Maintaining best practice process documentation for all work instructions 
• Working with and supporting other members of the team
• Working to various performance targets including; productivity and accuracy

Operations Administrator - Experience:
In order to succeed in this role it is expected that you will have:
• Knowledge and understanding of STRUS, our products, systems and processes
• Excellent attention detail to successfully perform order processing for a variety of customer requirements and service propositions 
• Understanding of the house buying conveyancing process 
• Experience of working to challenging targets and deadlines 
• An ability to successfully manage and prioritise your own workload 
• A willingness to try new ways of working to improve performance and customer experience
• Demonstrated you're a team player capable of supporting colleagues 


• GCSE (or equivalent) grade C or above to include both English and Mathematics 
• Knowledge and understanding of Microsoft office applications

Additional information:
Location: Nottingham
Pay rate: £9.25ph
Duration: 01/02/2018 to 01/02/2019
