Operations Administrator

Adecco are currently recruiting for an Operations Administrator to work for a well known and rapidly growing property maintenance and facilities company for their London based office.

Job Purpose

To provide support to the subcontractor support administrator and admin teams.

Main Duties:

Uploading information to the clients CAFM system as required.

Administration of the clients CAFM system to ensure works are available to the engineering team.

Upkeep of Subcontractor PPM PO spreadsheets

Placing of subcontractor PPM PO's

Booking in subcontractor visits

Chasing subcontractor PPM reports

Assist in production of AWS's and monthly reports

Placing of supplier PO's

Liaison with the operations team from engineer to director level.

Attend team briefings as required.

Co-operate with the company to allow it to fulfil its moral and legal duties and obligations.

Essential Skills:

* Knowledge and use of Microsoft Office
* Prior working experience of Vixen would be ideal

Working hours are Monday - Friday 08.30am - 17.30pm with 1 hours break.

Salary £23,00 PA with brilliant benefits.
