My clients a well established global freight forwarder, they are seeking an OPERATIONS/ ADMIN CLERK ; to join there lively medium sized team.

Daily duties would include:

  • Liaising with shipping companies to ensure correct bills of lading and quick receipt of them
  • Raising courier files
  • Dispatching documents pack to customer
  • Invoicing and purchase match
  • Preparation of certificate of origin, movement certificate, insurance certificate thought on-line tools
  • Checking and verifying letters of credit


  • Good communication skills
  • 12 months experience within the freight industry
  • Must have previous experience dealing with certificate of origin
  • Attention to detail
  • Good time management
  • Steady work history

Working Hours:

  • Monday-Friday 09:00-17:30
