Operational Readiness Lead

What you'll be doing:
As the Operational Readiness Lead you will support the Business Specialists to provide support and deliver in line with the change portfolio.
- Be responsible for supporting the Head of and each initiative's Delivery Leads with Business readiness to absorb change and drive user adoption.
- Working closely with both BAU and Change teams to develop and implement a leading operational change management framework to deliver sustainable business and people-related outcomes, whilst ensuring all deliverables meet, and continue to meet, business and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure the Business Specialists understand and keep abreast of changes within the change portfolio, business operation and regulatory landscape. Championing best practice in operational change management and provide expert advice for team members and the project/change community.
What we’re looking for:
- Proven management experience
- Experience and knowledge of working with customer service processes within a financial environment.
- Proven experience in providing and signing off business requirements
- Ability to interpret a wide range of information and utilise findings for improvements
- Strong problem-solving skills
