My Client is a nationally recognised law firm, looking to grow to new heights with the help of an Operational Team Leader to maximise legal professionals' productivity and efficiency.  You MUST be able to build rapport and relationships quickly, and have the ability to present and explain information you have analysed. 

Main Duties:

- Work with the Service Delivery Managers to manage daily/ Weekly allocation of work to ensure commitments and SLAs are met
-Report on previous days performance and analyse results to understand what went well/ what can be improved on
-Report on and analyse weekly/ Monthly performance sharing results with the SDMs
-Compare the predicted cost and time line with the actual cost and time line in order to learn lessons
-Undertake profitability analysis by matter and client
-Process map and document processes
-Present findings and recommendations to the BPM
-Time processes using analytical estimation.

Monday- Friday : 9-5

For this role you MUST have:-

- A background working within a commercially focused business environment, managing workflow within a team
-A background in implementing LEAN methodologies
-A past role with conducting post project reviews/ Analysis
-Six Sigma Green Belt Qualified (desirable)
-Project management or process improvement qualifications (desirable)
-Coaching skills
-Strong business acumen
-Ability to work effectively under pressure
-A creative yet logical and pragmatic mind-set.
