Working within a well established and highly regarded organisation based in Crawley you will be working with Service Delivery Manager to manage daily/weekly allocation of work to ensure SLA's are met, reporting on previous days performance and analysing results, undertaking profitability analysis and researching new ways of working.
This role will give you the opportunity to use your experience of conducting post project analysis, strong knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and Visio, and the ability to build rapport and relationships quickly with internal and external stakeholders.
The hours are Monday - Friday 9am - 5.30pm.
