Reporting to the MD, you will be responsible for ensuring that the delivery of care and support services are at a high standard throughout the company.
You will be expected to deliver against agreed budgets and targets.
This includes responsibility for the management team within the branch network with a remit to deliver against compliance, profitability and growth targets.
Specifically you will be tasked with management and development of the recruitment, on boarding and training process.
Your remit will also encompass the management of the support teams such as HR, Recruitment Scheduling and Training.

* A proven track record in senior operations roles within the care sector
* Substantial experience and knowledge around complex needs and learning disabilities preferred.
* A degree or social care management qualification
