Our client, St James Place (SJP), a leading financial services company are looking for a operational incidents consultant to come and join their team. This role would see you assist the client services manager in the capturing and tracking of incidents that affect SLPs client base. Through documenting and tracking operational incidents, you will play a key role in finding resolutions that ensure positive client outcomes and prevent their future happening.
